Vlptak Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules

1. Introduction & Consent

Welcome to the vlptak platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vlptak website, mobile app, and all related services. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

These terms have been drafted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any part is unclear or you have questions, please reach out to our support team.

2. Account Registration

To use vlptak's services, you must create a valid account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• Each individual may register only one account. If a member is found to hold multiple accounts, all will be closed.
• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details at the time of registration.
• Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to vlptak immediately.
• As part of the KYC verification process, vlptak may request a copy of your national ID or passport.

Vlptak reserves the right to decline any registration application at any time without providing a reason.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use vlptak's services. Anyone under this age is not permitted to use our platform.

• Members must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming in Bangladesh.
• Vlptak employees and their immediate family members are restricted from participating in betting in certain capacities.
• Anyone experiencing mental health or financial difficulties is advised to refrain from using vlptak.

4. Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to betting on vlptak. Individual sports events may have their own betting rules, which will be detailed on the relevant page.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled. However, the cash-out feature may be used where available.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. The maximum varies by match and market.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the determination of results, vlptak will refer to the official scoreboard or the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Placing bets on conflicting outcomes within the same match is prohibited.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.

If vlptak considers a bet unusual or suspicious, it reserves the right to suspend that bet pending investigation. If any irregularity is proven, the bet will be voided.

5. Payment Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum varies depending on the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes.
• Where possible, the same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Any transaction issues must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• Vlptak does not charge any additional fees for payment processing, though charges from your payment provider may apply.
• For suspicious transactions, vlptak reserves the right to hold payments until verification is complete.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vlptak offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• The welcome bonus applies only once, on your first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement (betting turnover) must be met.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Vlptak reserves the right to correct any errors found in a bonus offer.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Vlptak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonus validity is generally 7–30 days from the date of issue, depending on the specific offer.

7. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair and honest betting environment for all vlptak members, the following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Betting using another member's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else.
• Using vlptak for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfers.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or other benefits.
• Harassing, threatening, or misleading other members or staff.

8. Security & Privacy

• Members' personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• All transactions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended to keep your account secure.
• If a suspicious login is detected, vlptak will automatically alert the member.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their personal information up to date.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before closing your account.

• In the event of a terms violation, vlptak may suspend or close an account without prior notice.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 365 days) may be automatically deactivated.
• Upon a self-exclusion request, vlptak will lock the account for the specified period.
• Any valid pending withdrawals will be processed even after account closure.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please contact the vlptak support team first. Our team aims to respond within 48 hours.

• Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the date of the incident.
• Vlptak's decisions are final and binding, though members may appeal to the relevant regulatory authority.
• Vlptak reserves the right to correct any odds or balances displayed incorrectly due to a system or technical error.

11. Terms Modification Policy

Vlptak reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
